How to Order
Ordering through our new online shop is quick, simple and 100% secure.
There are 4 ways to order. Please print out this page for reference if you need to.
1) Online catalogue.
You can browse our range of products by looking at our online catalogue:

Browse throgh our catalogue by using the Navigation Menu on the left hand side of the page.

Click on 'View More' to view each product's page. You'll find more information, nutritional and feeding guides and product reviews for each product on these pages. Clicking on the images will open up a larger image for you to view our products in greater detail.

Enter the quantity you wish to buy in the box and click on 'Buy Now'. That item will be added to your basket.
2) Quick-order form.
If you know exactly what you are looking for, our Quick Order form makes it even easier for you to buy your items quickly.

Click on 'Quick Order' on the top Navigation Bar

You will see a list of all of our products, conveniently together in one place. Products are grouped together by type.

Find the product you are looking for, enter the quantity and click on the 'Buy Now' button. The item is added to your basket. You can click on the 'In basket' button to add more of the same to your basket.

Repeat this process for all the items you want to buy.
3) Re-order items.
If you are looking for items that you have previously ordered from Fish4Dogs, you can do this easily with our re-order facility.
- Log into your account by clicking on 'My Acount' and entering your username and password.
- On the right-hand side, click on 'Order History'
- Click on the relevent previous order
- You will now see the details of previous orders. Click on the 'Buy Again' button to add the same item to your basket.
4) Telephone orders.
We are pleased to take your order by telephone. Please call our office on 01299 252352.
Basket & Checkout
A summary of your basket is displayed at all times. If you wish to see this in more detail, click on 'My Basket'.
From here, you can view the details of your order and can see how much postage for your order will cost. You can also change the quantity of the items in your basket, or remove them.
When you are happy with your order, press 'Checkout' to proceed.
Delivery Address
On this page, please choose the address you would like your order delivered to. You can add another address if you like. Please leave delivery instructions for our couriers, so they can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you are out when they call.
When you have chosen the delivery address, please click on 'Proceed'.
Confirmation Page
You will now see ful details of your order and delivery costs. Click on 'Edit Order' to make any ammendments. When you are happy with your order, please click on 'Conform Order'.
Payment
You will now be taken to our secure payment page.
Note: For your added security and protection, we no longer store payment card details on our website. In fact, to make your online shopping experience 100% secure, payment is now made away from our website - only your bank will be able to see your details. You will need to enter payment card details each time you order.
For your added convenience, we have now incorporated PayPal as a payment option.
