When will my order be delivered?
We anticipate delivery to be 7-10 days from receiving your order.
I am a breeder / bulk buyer of food and treats. Are there any discounts available?
Certainly, the more you spend the more you save! If you spend over £100 in one transaction the till will automatically apply a 10% discount to your basket when you go to the check out. For Bulk purchases please contact the sales office - 01299 252352.
How much is Postage and Packaging?
Postage and Packaging pricing are determined by the product weight of your order and will be added when you go the the 'check out' area of the website. For postal rates See link - Postal Rates
I have a query with my order, who should I contact?

I have just realised that I have ordered the wrong item
Please call 01299 252352 or e.mail web@fish4dogs.com as soon as possible. If we can intercept your order and make the appropriate changes we will do so. However, if your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to make any changes. Should you need to return stock due to such an error we can refund but any carriage charge will have to be undertaken by yourself.
