New features on our website include:

Increased security – to make your shopping experience safer, we no longer store your credit card details on our website. In fact, we don’t even see your credit cards any more – all transactions are done via secure connection between you and your bank. We have also increased security on your other account details, which are now encrypted by a 128-bit SSL certificate – look for the padlock in the corner of your browser when you are logged in to know you are safe.

PayPal Express– we now accept payment via PayPal (as well as other credit and debit cards). If you have a PayPal account, you can make your payment using PayPal Express with 3 easy clicks. And it’s 100% safe as well, as you don’t need to enter your payment card details.

Transparent delivery charges – you can now see how much it will cost to have your order delivered as soon as you have entered the items into your basket. Click on ‘My Basket’ to see how much you will be charged.

Quick ordering – our new Quick-Order form makes it easy to shop without searching our entire catalogue if you know exactly what you are looking for. Please see How to Order.

Re-ordering facility – to make life easier, you can now view previous orders and re-order the same items again. Please see How to Order.

Product Reviews – you can see how popular our products are by reading genuine product reviews on each product’s page. You can also leave reviews from within your account for other customers to see.
