As pet food is classed as an essential industry, our online shop is open as usual.
We are fully stocked, and our warehouse, web team, customer service team, and couriers are working hard to ensure your orders reach you as normal.
You can continue to order your Fish4Dogs food and treats through our website. Please order responsibly.
In these unusual and challenging times, we just wanted to let you know we are still open for business and working hard for all our customers, whilst doing our utmost to keep our staff and their families safe.
We have introduced the necessary additional measures to protect our staff – using remote working as much as we can and are supporting our teams working at our site in Worcester still, packing and despatching orders.
For most of our products, we have a dual source of supply, designed especially to mitigate supply risks. All suppliers work to the highest standards and to the same product specification, our aim is keeping our supply chain as close to ‘business as usual’ as we can.
Our customer service team is working remotely and trying to answer the phones as quickly as they can. Our website is working well so please also consider this as an option if you are experiencing a delay getting through to us in person.
As you might expect we are receiving a higher than average number of orders – please be assured that we are working as quickly as we can to get your orders out via our couriers.
