How often can I have my order?
You set the frequency for your Regular Save order depending on how quickly your dog gets through his food. You select any number of days between 7 and 90.
Can I edit my Regular Saver?
Yes. Simply log in to your account, go to Regular Savers and hit edit on the correct order. Here you change the frequency of your deliveries, add or remove products and change your next delivery date. You can edit an order up until 09.30 am on the day it is due to be processed. If you edit your order after this, the changes will be applied from your next order onwards.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Simply log into your account, go to Regular Savers and hit the ‘Skip Next Order’ button. A message will show up that lets you know if you skip your next order when the next one will be processed, and it will ask you to confirm your decision.
Can I cancel my Regular Saver?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. Simply log into your account, go to Regular Savers and hit the ‘Delete’ button. You will be asked to confirm your choice.
What products can I order in my Regular Saver?
At the moment, you can order any of our 12kg or 15kg bags of complete food, including Finest, Superior and Working Dog ranges, along with all 2kg bags of Sea Jerky treats.
Do I get the Catch of the Week discounts?
Yes, on single products. If a product that is in your Regular Saver is on offer at the point your order is due, you will only pay the promotional price. However, if the offer ends before your order is due, you will pay the full RRP.
If there is a site wide promotion running, such as 10% off everything, then please be aware that Regular Saver customers will not be eligible for these offers.
Are my regular Savers eligible for other promotions?
Every regular saver gets a discount of 10% off RRP on every order, plus an extra 10% off your first Regular Saver order but because of this special discount it does mean you won't be eligible for bulk discounts, pet points and promotional codes.
I am a Breeder Club customer, do I still receive my usual discount and receive the Regular Saver discount too?
As a Breeder Club customer, you will not receive the Regular Saver discount and will be charged your usual Breeder Club discounts.
However, the hassle-free, automatic nature and convenience of a Regular Saver may outweigh that for you. Both options are available to all customers and therefore the choice is yours.
What happens if a product in my Regular Saver is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock at the time you set up your Regular Saver, you won’t be able to add it to your order. However, you once it is back in stock, you will be able to edit your order and add it back in for next time. If a product is out of stock when your order is due, we will email notifying you. We will then send the rest of your order and only charge you for that. By the time your next order is due, the product should be back in stock and we will add it back into your order automatically.
What are my delivery options for Regular Saver?
Regular saver orders are shipped out using our standard delivery process meaning its completely free and you’ll receive your order within 2-3 days of when your order is processed.
Subject to placing your order on certain days such as Bank Holidays, please be aware that there could be slight delays on the delivery of your order as this is our standard delivery method.
How do I set up a Regular Saver?
- Choose from the eligible products in our Regular Saver store
- Select your delivery frequency and submit your order
- Before each delivery we will send you a reminder email that will detail your order
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation
Terms and conditions
Due to our weekly promotions and availability of products, the price of your order may vary from time to time.
Three days before each Regular Saver order is due to be processed, you will receive an order summary via email which will include details of your order and instructions should you wish to amend or cancel your order.
You can amend or cancel your order up until 09.30 am on the day it is due to be processed. If you make any changes after this, they will only be applied from your next order onwards.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and it will also appear in your order history within your account online.
If a product is out of stock at the time your order is due to be processed, that product will be temporarily removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. Once the product is back in stock, the product will be re-added to your order and you will be charged for this. This means that the total you pay may vary from order to order.
This is also the case with regards to promotions. If a product within your Regular Saver order happens to be on promotion at the time your order is due to be processed, you will pay the discounted amount. At the point of your next order, if the promotion has ended, you will be charged the full price for that product.
By providing your payment details and submitting the order you are agreeing to be charged at the frequency you have set until such a time you chose to cancel your Regular Saver order.
